We meet many people here, of different backgrounds, races and social status. Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants, Muslims, they all come here to worship and pray to Mother Mary.
Here in Medjugorje there are three central pilgrimage sites: the church, the Podbrdo hill, the place of apparition and the road of the Cross at Križevac hill, where all the pilgrims pray and try to understand the mysteries of the resurrection.
The eyes haven’t seen, the ears haven’t heard and the heart hasn’t felt the overwhelming feelings that one can confront with in this place.
A miracle is a divine intervention, it’s the supernatural in our lives, but we don’t really have to think about extraordinary things; we just have to feel them in our hearts. To be witnesses of these miracles, Mother Mary invites us to open our hearts to Christ and pray, because prayer is the time that we give to God and these prayers work in our behalf.
